Step-by-step method
- List 3 to 5 useful sources (learned societies, training platforms in your specialty).
- A weekly task collects what is new (title, date, format, topic) without signing up for anything.
- A “Training” tab in the dashboard: to watch, to recommend to residents, to mention at the staff meeting.
- Link it to teaching: a good replay becomes a recommended resource in a course or a diploma.
